In a letter to the editor published by City AM, Dan Pollard discussed the UK Labour Party’s removal of the cap on unfair dismissal compensation. He notes that “[d]ecisions taken behind closed doors threatens to increase litigation costs, deter investment, and make Britan less attractive to international employers.”
