Overview

Bingxi Sun is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. In her practice, Bingxi represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour issues. Bingxi also assists employers in their efforts to comply with state and federal laws, advising them on wage and hour laws, exemption status, meal and rest break policy, and reasonable accommodations, among other employment issues. 

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Bingxi gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the L.A. City Attorney’s Office, Labor Relations Unit, where she assisted in defending the City of L.A. in employment related matters.

While in law school, Bingxi was a Senior Productions Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice, and the Community Service Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Bingxi also served as a mediator at the Los Angeles Superior Court and the Children’s Dependency Court.

Bingxi is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has studied Japanese.
