Overview
Arturo Hidalgo represents employers in labor and employment litigation and advises companies on workforce matters throughout Mexico. With more than 20 years of experience, he has coordinated litigation portfolios of more than 400 active cases and led teams of associates and law clerks defending domestic and multinational employers before labor authorities across the country.
Arturo handles individual and collective labor litigation before federal and local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and before the labor courts created by Mexico’s 2019 labor justice reform. He has obtained favorable outcomes for employers in high-exposure claims brought by executives and senior managers of national and multinational companies, and has helped clients materially reduce their active labor contingencies through coordinated litigation and advisory strategies.
