Overview
Adam Grable advises and represents public and private businesses and a variety of educational institutions in all aspects of employment-related litigation, administrative hearings, arbitration and mediation. He focuses on defending clients against allegations of discrimination, harassment, and violations of applicable labor laws, including collective bargaining statutes.
A seasoned trial attorney, Adam previously served as Associate General Counsel I for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), where his workload included defending the District in cases involving claims under FEHA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Labor Code Section 1102.5 and whistleblower lawsuits. He also defended against Union grievances, drafted policies, and advised on assorted day-to-day issues impacting the workplace.
Adam also formerly managed all aspects of litigation for clients, including school districts and transportation systems, while practicing at an employment law firm based in Santa Monica and, before that, at a bi-coastal firm focusing on insurance and reinsurance law in the aviation industry.
