Update on Cal/OSHA ETS, CDPH Guidance and Outbreaks

Things are moving quickly on the COVID-19 front as California employers seek to navigate the ever-changing CDPH and Cal/OSHA rules while also dealing with a rapid number of cases, exposures, and outbreak scenarios. After our webinar last week, CDPH changed the quarantine and isolation rules yet again (on January 8) and Cal/OSHA has begun to clarify the applicability of these CDPH rules and new changes to the ETS that go into effect on January 14.

This webinar will bring you up to speed on these recent CDPH and Cal/OSHA changes. The remainder of the webinar will consist of an “Outbreak 101” presentation and will walk you step-by-step through what you need to do under the Cal/OSHA ETS and local public health orders when you have an outbreak.
