Time to Get Ready! How Employers Can Prepare for Upcoming Changes to the California Consumer Privacy Act
Event
2.24.22
9:00 AM — 10:00 AM EST
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) currently imposes several requirements on the way businesses collect and manage employment data. Amendments to the CCPA, scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2023, will significantly change and expand the requirements for how employers handle employee data. Some of the new requirements will have a 12-month look-back that require businesses to take action, now! With a focus on employment data, Fisher Phillips attorneys Anthony Isola and Tomiwa Aina will discuss the principle requirements of the CCPA that are currently in effect, upcoming changes, and key steps business need to take to comply.
This webinar is recommended for: HR professionals, business owners, and corporate marketing professionals.
