Separating Fact From Fiction: The Current State of Non-Competes and Other Restrictive Covenants

Event

6.13.24
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM CDT

With the recent Federal Trade Commission (FTC) vote to approve a rule banning most non-competition agreements and the flurry of lawsuits that followed, employers are asking questions about the current and future enforceability of restrictive covenants such as non-compete agreements. This webinar will review the new FTC rule, current legal challenges to the rule, and recent state law developments regarding the regulation of restrictive covenants, to provide information and guidance to employers on what they can and should do to protect their business interests when faced with departing employees.

If you have any questions, please contact Lorri-Ann Carter.
