Sacramento Update – What’s The California Legislature Up To?
Event
6.16.22
9:00 AM — 10:00 AM PST
As we cross the midway point in the legislative year in Sacramento, this presents a good opportunity to take a look at the critical labor and employment legislation pending in the state house. This year represents a return to “normal” in Sacramento and Fisher Phillips’ own capitol insider will provide a valuable sneak peek into legislation making its way through the process – including pending legislation dealing with COVID-19, cannabis, employment discrimination, leave laws, pay data reporting, minimum wage increases and privacy. Don’t wait until later in the year – use this opportunity to get ahead of the game and see what you need to plan for that might be going into effect in 2023.
This program has been submitted for HRCI and SHRM credit.
