This panel discussion will explore the latest compliance considerations for the various vaccine mandates – OSHA ETS, CMS and Federal Contractor mandate – including the very latest January updates on the legal challenges to these mandates. On Wednesday, January 26 from 8:45 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. PST, Associate Darcey Groden will present The HR Guide to Navigating Employment Data Privacy Laws, delving into the national trend of expanded employee privacy laws. This trend, in turn, has required HR to become privacy experts on a myriad of different privacy laws. This session will address the new requirements that employers will face nation-wide and what employers need to know to prepare; including how to handle employee private health rights. This session will also discuss the legal trends and newest regulations requiring disclosure of workplace monitoring in an increasingly digital world.
