PAGA Reform Webinar

Event

It’s been one year since California enacted the most significant reforms to the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) since its original passage in 2004, introducing legislative changes that allow businesses to reduce their potential exposure and legal risk under the law by up to 85 percent. In this webinar, we will review what it looks like one year later for employers dealing with the PAGA reform how to proactively manage and mitigate liability under PAGA, what litigation considerations to keep in mind, and what is on the horizon as we look forward post-PAGA reform.

The firm is submitting this webinar for HRCI/SHRM credit.
