New CFRA Regulations: Coming July 1, 2015 to a Leave Near You
The Fair Employment and Housing Council recently amended the regulations governing leaves of absence under the California Family Rights Act. Starting July 1, 2015, employers will be expected to comply with the new regulations, which alter the eligibility, designation, medical certification, notification, and posting requirements. In this seminar, we’ll address these changes and provide advice on compliance and necessary changes to policies, postings and practices in administering leaves of absence.
