Money Matters: Deadline Looming for Many California Employers to “Show Me The Money”
Event
4.11.23
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EST
The May 10 filing deadline is looming for California pay data reporting. California law requires employers of 100 or more employees, and/or 100 or more labor contractor workers nationwide, to report pay, hours worked, and demographic data for any employees working in or affiliated with a California establishment. This year, the California Civil Rights Department has added new categories, requirements, and penalties for employers.
Attendees will learn the fundamental reporting requirements, identify how compliance with changes to the law can be achieved and provide a timeline for meeting California’s specific pay reporting obligations. Be ready to complete your reports accurately and timely with the tips provided in this webinar.
