The US department of labor has proposed sweeping changes to federal wage and hour law which would significantly modify who is, and who is not an exempt employee. Join Partner Kathleen Caminiti and the Morris County Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on October 21, 2015 for an overview of these proposed changes.
