Scott was quoted on his take of the number 233,000, which is the record-breaking volume of new H-1B visa applications received this year by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for federal fiscal year 2016, which will begin Oct. 1.
Scott said, "Unless the law changes or hiring slows down, it appears the problem is just going to get worse.”
