Fisher Phillips Adds Andreas Mosby in Columbia

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Andreas Mosby has joined the firm as an associate in the Columbia office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Andreas was at a regional law firm where he represented clients in a broad range of high-stakes complex litigation, involving construction law, contract and UCC disputes, maritime issues and trucking and transportation defense. He has experience counseling clients through investment and transactional matters to include adherence to Securities and Exchange Commission and state regulatory best practices. Before entering private practice, Andreas served as a Judicial Extern to Judge Lucy Inman of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Congressional Intern for Congresswoman Alma Adams and a legal intern for the District Attorney’s office of Sanford, North Carolina. At Fisher Phillips, he will advise businesses on a range of employment-related matters and defend them in litigation.
Andreas earned his J.D. from Elon University’s School of Law where he served as articles editor of the Elon Law Review, in addition to participating in Moot Court, and was the McMichael Law & Leadership Fellow Scholar as well as the Guilford County Association of Black Lawyers Scholar. He earned his M.B.A from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
