The South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, Roper Insurance and Fisher Phillips invite you to attend our Human Resources Academy, which occurs on the second Thursday of every month. Our presentations are designed for business owners, managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and in-house attorneys who must deal with real life workplace issues that have real legal consequences.
2016 ushered in a multitude of federal and state labor and employment developments, some of which required wholesale changes to longstanding labor and employment practices. Are you in compliance? Additionally, the election of Donald Trump as the next President of the United States has left many business owners and managers wondering which of the Obama administration’s recent labor and employment developments will remain in force, and which will be undone by the incoming administration. Start your year off right with an informative session highlighting the most important and impactful labor and employment developments from 2016 at both the state and federal level. This session is designed to help you avoid liability and mitigate legal risk, and to provide you with the peace of mind necessary to move your operations into 2017.
