Experienced Attorney Recruiting
Associate and Counsel Recruiting Process
Our Associate and Counsel recruiting process is designed to identify strong legal talent whose experience, skills, and professional goals align with the needs of our clients and the long-term growth of the firm.
To be considered, please apply for the position that best matches your background and interests. Each application is carefully reviewed by our recruiting team in collaboration with practice group and office leadership to assess relevant legal experience, practice area alignment, and demonstrated competencies required for the role.
Candidates selected to move forward will participate in an initial screening interview with a member of the Attorney Recruiting team. This conversation allows us to learn more about your practice, career progression, and interest in Fisher Phillips.
Candidates who advance will participate in additional virtual or in-person interviews with attorneys and firm leadership. Depending on the role and location, the interview process may include multiple conversations to ensure alignment regarding client service expectations, substantive legal experience, and long-term professional development.
If selected for hire, a member of the Attorney Recruiting team will contact you to discuss next steps, followed by a written offer outlining the terms of employment. Offer timing may vary based on business needs, office location, and practice group requirements. All offers are contingent upon completion of the required pre-employment conflict and background check.
