Amy Monroe-Bujnoch is Fisher Phillips’ Director of Partner Recruiting, leading the firm’s strategic lateral partner growth initiatives firmwide. She collaborates closely with the Management Committee, Regional Managing Partners, Practice Group and Industry Group Leaders, and firm leadership to shape and execute recruiting strategies that support the firm’s long-term vision.

Amy brings extensive experience across internal law firm recruiting, campus recruiting, external legal search, and strategic partner acquisition. Her background includes work with a premier global legal search firm, providing deep insight into the competitive dynamics of the partner market. Having worked with both Am Law 50 firms and boutique practices, she offers a comprehensive perspective on identifying, evaluating, and integrating high-performing partners across diverse practice areas and geographies.
