Kelly Oki is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. Kelly focuses her practice on defending employers in a wide range of employment law claims, including employee defection and protection of trade secrets, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour litigation.
Additionally, Kelly’s practice includes pre-litigation and preventative counseling for employers, including providing advice on the status of changing laws, employer policies and procedures, employment and severance agreements, sexual harassment training, and drafting and updating employee handbooks.
