Fisher Phillips Welcomes Kelly Oki in Los Angeles

Fisher Phillips announces the addition of Kelly N. Oki as an associate in its Los Angeles office.
Kelly represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters, including workplace harassment and discrimination, wage and hour claims and workplace torts. She has also handled high-profile complex commercial disputes on securities and intellectual property matters. Kelly joins the firm from the King George V School in Hong Kong, where she served as a Law and Policy Advisor developing the international school’s employment and human resources policies.
Kelly earned her J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law (2014), where she served as President of the school’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and as Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. She earned her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California (2010).
