Pay Equity Issues Take Center Stage for South Carolina Employers


In addition to recent federal pay equity actions, state legislatures and courts across the country have been sending a strong message to employers in 2017 to identify and address pay inequities--particularly gender pay gaps. Already, in 2017 alone, a lawsuit has been brought against an automotive giant, and a million-dollar settlement was brokered another employer and a group of its workers.
