Colorado Employers Are Combatting Labor Shortage
Many Colorado employers are experiencing labor shortages and need to find creative ways to entice potential employees. In an article published in Law Week Colorado, LaLonnie Gray outlines the lengths some companies are going to in an effort to attract and retain employees, including making changes to drug testing policies and hiring procedures for people with criminal records. Other companies are increasing training and other development opportunities for current employees in hopes of lowering turnover rates.
