Overview
Jeffrey Nellis represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. He also counsels and assists employers with the development of employee handbooks and policies.
Jeffrey’s love for baseball led him to a spot on the varsity baseball team at California State University, Long Beach. He served on the board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society while attending the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Jeffrey was a member of the Client Advocacy Team. Jeffrey also worked as a law clerk for a local employment defense firm, where he defended public and private entities in all stages of litigation.
