Overview
Catharine is a litigation partner in the firm's Seattle office, representing local and national employers in litigation in state and federal courts, on appeal, and before the EEOC and similar state agencies. Working closely with clients from the outset, Catharine develops strategies for successful resolutions, such as a preventative audit, meticulous plaintiff’s deposition, motion to dismiss, mediation, or trial.
