Employers are facing many challenges as they try to figure out how to bring employees back to their work locations while ensuring a safe and healthy work space for everyone. In an interview with The Washington Post, Travis Vance discusses some things employers should be thinking about as they envision their post-pandemic arrangements. He mentions that in many situations it might end up making sense for employers to allow their employees to continue working from home. But, if employers do decide to physically bring their workers back, Travis suggests taking safety precautions like staggering lunch times in campus cafeterias to avoid crowding at any one time.
