What to Know About Federal Contracting Reporting Requirements Under New Administration


In an interview with HR Dive, Cheryl Behymer, chair of Fisher Phillips’ Affirmative Action and Federal Contract Compliance practice, explains federal contracts should expect very significant developments under the new presidential administration. In the article, she predicts a return of reporting requirements, including the Obama administration’s approval of federal contractors voluntarily reporting workplace law violations in order for government contracts to have full knowledge of a company’s compliance history.
