Three Cleveland Attorneys Listed in 2016 "Ohio Super Lawyers"
CLEVELAND, OH (December 2, 2015) – Fisher Phillips announced today that three attorneys from its Cleveland office have been listed in the 2016 Ohio Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Those on the list are selected based upon third-party research, as well as peer nominations and evaluations.
Steve Nobil, regional managing partner of the Cleveland office, and Partners James Kurek and Richard Millisor were each recognized for their work in labor and employment law. In addition, Associates Shawn Romer and Nicole Farley, along with Attorney Anthony Dick were listed as 2016 Ohio Rising Stars.

Romer advises and represents management in counseling and litigation involving a wide variety of employment and labor matters. He has defended employers against various claims of wrongful termination, in addition to wage and hour and other related employment issues.
Farley’s practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims, both administratively and in court and general employment litigation. She also handles various aspects of employment litigation, such as preparation of discovery, depositions and attendance at case management and settlement conferences.
Dick regularly counsels employers in all areas of labor and employment law. In addition, he routinely defends employers in litigation and against charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
