Partner Talks to the Media About Mandating COVID-19 Vaccines in the Workplace

Kevin explains that if employers do mandate the vaccine, then they might also experience controversy in the form of workers being upset, distracted, and even quitting their jobs. Before it gets to this point, Kevin recommends that employers figure out the best ways to encourage their workers to get vaccinated and to increase the participation by making it as easy as possible for them to do so.
