Louisville Partner Provides Insights on the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act

In an interview with Louisville Business First, Todd Logsdon discusses the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act and how it provides small business loan recipients with more leeway when it comes to spending their funds. He notes that the new flexibility and other changes to the to the program “…will be helpful for businesses that haven’t been able to get back up and running and thus spend their Paycheck Protection Program loans in the way the original legislation laid out.” He goes on to explain that small businesses now have a greater ability to spend on pressing operating cost rather than being forced to spend the majority of borrowed funds on payroll for a business that has not yet be able to reopen.
