Lawyer Previews 2020 US Supreme Court Term
In an interview with Bloomberg Law, Randy Coffey previews the 2020 US Supreme Court term. He notes that the upcoming term does not include a large number of high-profile employment law cases, but he also points out that there are still pending cases that the Supreme Court has not decided that will have workplace implications. Randy predicts that we will start to see more employment cases crop up because “[t]here are a lot of issues percolating through the system based on recent decisions that we’ll be addressing soon.”
