Labor Relations Co-Chair Breaks Down NLRB’s Recent Guidance Memos for Law360

In a new round of guidance memos, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) weighed in on eight new issues, including workplace investigations and the legality of a “voluntary” arbitration agreement. Steve Bernstein, co-chair of Fisher Phillips’ national Labor Relations practice, spoke with Law360 about board’s overruling of the Apogee Retail case. He said, “Apogee seemingly created more uniformity and clarity surrounding workplace investigations that will benefit all stakeholders.”
