News

10.08.19

The 2019 Supreme Court session has officially been called to order, and Randall Coffey has been fielding questions from reporters—SHRM, Law360 and Business Insurance—about how the Court’s term will impact employers. Coffey, who has been tracking the cases at issue as they have winded their way up to the highest court in the land, told Business Insurance “I think it’s going to be fascinating to see how the court ends up reaching its result, and exactly what the scope of the debate is between whoever’s in the majority and whoever’s in the minority.”
