Pay Equity Practice Group Co-Chair Offers Tips for New Jersey Employers to Stay Compliant with Pay Equity Mandates

She told NJBiz that employers should conduct a privileged pay audit, develop an action plan to remedy any pay disparities, and ensure that the company handbook and employment policies and procedures are updated to comply with laws.
