Through adjudicative decisions, guidance memos and an unprecedented use of it’s authority it has imposed new requirements on all employers. In this presentation, we will look at how these recent decisions impact your workplace policies, practices and employee handbooks.
We will also discuss how HR professionals can craft policies that are in compliance with current Board law, enforce policies without infringing employees’ rights to engage in protected concerted activity and avoid unfair labor practice charges.
