Washington’s New Paid Sick Leave Law

Starting January 1, 2018, all employers with Washington-based hourly employee must comply with the state’s new paid sick and safe leave requirements.  This webinar will cover basic compliance steps, key administrative rules, and compare the new state-wide law with those existing in other with Washington cities, such as Seattle, Tacoma, SeaTac, and Spokane.  Unfortunately, one size does not fit all, and multi-city employers may have to make tough paid time off or sick leave policy choices.
