Fisher & Phillips Sponsors 13th Annual InsideCounsel SuperConference
InsideCounsel and Fisher & Phillips LLP presented a special National Labor Law Workshop leading into the 13th Annual SuperConference in Chicago. This half-day event, May 6, 2013, was designed for in-house counsel with responsibility for labor law matters at their organizations.
Experienced labor attorneys from Fisher & Phillips provided much of the day’s content.
In addition, attendees heard from Richard Bensinger, an official of the UAW and Pat Cleary, president of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. Bensinger presented “The UAW in the 21st Century as a Study of the Future of Unions” and Cleary discussed “Corporate Legal Departments Under the Obama Administration.” It was a lively session that provided attendees with important takeaways.
