These rules will become effective on December 1, 2016. This breakfast briefing will provide the strategies and tools to help you prepare for the impact - quickly and efficiently. The discussion will cover:

  • Alternative pay structures to consider
  • Converting to non-exempt status
  • Strategies for informing employees of status change
