524 Post Street
San Francisco, CA 94102
Join Todd Lyon for this day-long survival course in contract interpretation. Attendees will learn time-honored methods for interpreting the thorniest areas of collective bargaining agreements, from grievance procedures to seniority provisions and management rights. You will learn to wade through the waters of past practice and transfers of bargaining unit work.
Through many hands-on activities, advanced and moderately experienced HR and Labor Relations professionals will test their survival skills so as to avoid the pitfalls of grievance arbitration.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their contract; canteen is optional.
