Most companies will face having to internally investigate an employee for a claim, costing the company time, money, and productivity. Join Fisher Phillips attorneys Mat Parker and Curt Moore for breakfast and a presentation on what you need to know to conduct a successful internal investigation.

Mat & Curt will cover how to manage an investigation from the initial complaint through the interview process and possible outcomes. HR managers, supervisors, and business owners will all benefit from learning best practices; including the do’s and don’ts, who and how to interview, what to document, and what to avoid. Attendees will also be presented with real life case studies to discuss what was done well and what could have been improved on for a more desirable outcome.
