Complying with New York’s Sexual Harassment Laws – What Every Employer Needs to Know Now
The 2019 New York State Budget Bill included legislation that created significant obligations for New York employers to address sexual harassment in the workplace. These changes are wide-ranging and will impact all employers including those who previously had policies.
Join Melissa Osipoff, Partner, Fisher Phillips for an informative webinar on how you can comply with the law and protect your company.
