On February 9, 2009, the Georgia Chapter of Association of Corporate Counsel and Fisher Phillips presented a timely and important program entitled, "Avoiding the New Enforcement Driven OSHA While Achieving Operational Excellence and Profits Through Safety." The program examined the new initiatives by Congress and OSHA as part of the enhanced enforcement agenda and discussed how to develop a strategic safety program designed to achieve operational excellence.
