Lizbeth Ochoa

Lizbeth “Liz” Ochoa is a partner in the firm's Irvine office. With nearly 25 years’ experience representing employers, Liz has litigated employment matters in state and federal courts, arbitration forums, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies including the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the California Civil Rights Department, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

She represents and counsels employers on various employment-related matters, including discrimination, unlawful harassment, wrongful termination, unfair business practices, wage and hour class and PAGA actions, and reductions in force. She also conducts trainings on a variety of workplace topics, including anti-harassment training for supervisors in both Spanish and English.
