OSHA Inspections Tracker

This OSHA Inspections Tracker includes a comprehensive dataset of inspections that have occurred since January 2, 2022.

The Inspections per 1M Employees tab includes a visual representation of the number of inspections opened per one million employees in the state. Employee count data was determined using the most recent data available from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

The industry tables and graphs were developed using the establishment’s information as provided by OSHA. Total US Companies information was determined using the overall count of existing businesses by employee count based on data from NAICS.

For substantive inquiries about the data, please contact a team member of the Workplace Safety practice group or your Fisher Phillips attorney. For media inquiries, please contact Meghan Warin or Jenna Gatski Einstein.
