Overview
Zachary Princi represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour litigation. He also frequently assists clients in preparing employee handbooks and policies.
Zach earned his J.D. from the Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, where he received a full-tuition merit scholarship. Zach graduated magna cum laude, in the top 1.3% of his class, and earned a Highest Course Grade Award in 12 different courses. During his time in law school, Zach served on the Chapman Law Review as a Managing Editor, the Moot Court Competition Board, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Zach also served as an academic teaching fellow for Civil Procedure I and II.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Zach worked at a boutique employment law firm, representing small businesses in a variety of employment law matters. Prior to attending law school, Zach worked for the House of Commons, the lower house of the Parliament of Canada. Additionally, Zach operated multiple businesses in the event management industry.
