Overview

William Okamoto advises and represents employers in connection with a variety of workplace issues, including complex class and PAGA claims, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters, and employee leave programs. William also conducts workplace investigations and develops employee policies and handbooks. Additionally, he has experience conducting on-site surveys to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, William was corporate counsel extern for one of the largest wineries in America. Before that, he was a law clerk at firm based in Pasadena, where he helped represent employers in wrongful termination disputes and assisted with sexual harassment training presentations.
