William O. Doheny

William defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment and advises them on a range of workplace matters. His experience includes handling matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Additionally, William advises clients on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, arbitrations, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
