Wendy serves as Fisher Phillips’ eDiscovery Partner and regularly counsels clients on the full spectrum of eDiscovery and digital forensic evidence issues from preservation through production. In connection with her work in eDiscovery and digital forensic evidence, Wendy also counsels clients on the protection of private and confidential information and the secure transmission, destruction and storage of digital information. She understands that eDiscovery and digital forensics can impact the outcome in the defense and prosecution of cases. Wendy also knows that eDiscovery costs can escalate easily in litigation and employs a carefully designed approach to address eDiscovery challenges, including the use of effective meet-and-confer strategies, targeted collections, data analytics and document review workflow efficiencies.
