Overview

Victoria Abercrombie represents employers in a variety of workplace matters, including workers’ compensation, drafting company policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Victoria practiced at a multi-practice law firm headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina where she represented clients before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and evaluated claims, assessed exposure, and developed defense strategies. She also formerly was in-house counsel for a non-profit FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) healthcare provider where she focused on regulatory compliance matters.

During law school, Victoria was a legal intern for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and, after graduating, served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven H. John of South Carolina’s 15th Judicial Circuit.
