Victor Xu

Victor Xu is a partner in the Irvine office where he represents companies in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, from inception through trial, in state and federal courts throughout California. He has successfully defended and resolved numerous wage and hour class action, PAGA, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination lawsuits. Victor also has extensive experience representing employers in relation to OSHA and Workplace Safety investigations and appeals. 

Victor also counsels and advises clients operating in California on the full spectrum of labor- and employment-related issues unique to the state. He has significant experience in conducting internal investigations into alleged employee/supervisor misconduct, including harassment and discrimination, and has provided recommendations for remedial measures, including preparation of new company policies.
