Victor Ávila draws on more than 24 years of experience to advise national and foreign companies on employment-related compliance, disputes, and labor relations issues. He routinely represents individuals and companies before local and federal labor authorities and in connection with labor audits, including those involved in mergers and acquisitions, to help prevent labor and employment conflicts.

Victor previously was a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of a leading global professional services firm.
